“Tour of the Bible” - Bible Study
This tour will be a grand adventure lasting about 90 days. Each day we are invited to read a brief selection of scripture.
These readings will highlight the meaning of a specific Bible book, and in this way we will survey all 66 books of the Bible.
(Don’t worry, these are selections, not the entire Bible – just a few minutes a day of reading.)
You are also invited to a weekly Bible study at the church,
Every Friday, Next being APRIL 12th, 10:30 a.m. for about an hour.
We can talk about what we are learning and any questions we have, and share coffee, snacks and fellowship.
(Meet in the Fellowship room to the Right on the Sanctuary).
We are very excited about beginning this adventure!
**Study Guides And New Large Print Bibles available in the Narthex.
Contact Pastor Mary with any questions.

Fund Drive
We have begun a fund drive to purchase a new piano in the near future.
It will be a beautiful Yamaha digital piano that will never need tuning,
and will serve our church for many years.
Envelopes for this fund drive are in the Narthex.
We need to raise about $2000 to cover costs, and we plan to
dedicate the new instrument on May 19 (Pentecost Sunday).
Thanks for your help!

White Oak Springs Scholarship
This fund is an important part of caring about the education of our youth. When young people in our church apply for a scholarship and receive the financial help we become a part of helping them achieve their educational goals. Please consider this opportunity for our youth when sending an honorarium, memorial or making a contribution to White Oak Springs please write Scholarship Fund on the memo line of your check. |

You are welcome to join New Horizons, a program to help adults learn to play instruments and have fun. Volunteers (including Jim McQuiston and Mary and Allen Kitchen) teach instruments including guitar, violin, viola, mandolin, and cello. We have a great time playing folk tunes and old fashioned music. It's never too late to learn an instrument. For more information call Mary Kitchen at 412-266-0930.
They meet each Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Butler, and instruments can be provided.
